How to find us

The Rural Life Centre is on Reeds Road halfway between Frensham and Tilford (brown tourist signs).

Farnham and A31 - 3 miles
Milford and A3 - 6 miles
Hindhead and A3 - 6 miles
from M3 jct. 4 - A331/A31.

School and coach parties welcome by advance bookings.

For traffic and travel information visit www.frixo.com.

By car - For route information visit Google Maps and enter "Rural Life Centre Tilford" in the search box.

By bus - Catch the No. 19 Stagecoach service from Aldershot, Farnham or Haslemere and ask for "Millbridge Cross-roads, Frensham". From there it is a three quarter mile walk along Reeds Road towards Tilford. (Please take care on this road as there is no footpath and the first part of the road is twisty and narrow.)

By train - The nearest station is Farnham, three miles from the museum, on the Waterloo to Alton line of South-West Trains. Taxis are available from the station. However we shortly hope to publish here a downloadable, largely off-road, trail leaflet covering the interesting cross-country route to the museum using public footpaths and bridleways.

On foot and by bicycle - We shortly hope to publish here a downloadable, largely off-road, trail leaflet covering the interesting cross-country route to the museum from Farnham Station using public footpaths and bridleways.
